非洲食品法典區域協調委員會 (CCAFRICA) - 區域協調員:烏干達

“非洲协调委员会”由食品法典委员会于 1972 年建立,其任务是“在制定与非洲地区相关的标准时进行一般协调”。该委员会于 1974 年在粮农组织(FAO)举行了第一次会议,有 19 个国家出席这次会议。

随着新区域协调员开始其任期,在非州大陆开放贸易之际,2020 年 5 月生效的《非洲大陆自由贸易区协议》(AfCFTA)在整个非州大陆加强了对管理卫生和植物检疫措施(尤其是食品安全)的高效系统的需求。

National Codex Committee in Malawi trained on data generation

The Malawi National Codex Committee (NCC)  attended a three-day training session 15 to 17 November 2023 as part of the country’s Codex Trust Fund project. Mauritius organizes workshop on “Achieving leadership in the Codex process”
