| Mandat: | (a) Définir les critères appropriés aux Méthodes danalyse et déchantillonnage du Codex ; (b) assurer la coordination entre le Codex et dautres groupes internationaux soccupant de méthodes danalyse et déchantillonnage et de systèmes de la qualité pour les laboratoires ; (c) indiquer, sur la base des recommandations définitives qui lui sont soumises par les autres organismes mentionnés au paragraphe (b) ci-dessus les méthodes de référence en matière danalyse et déchantillonnage adaptées aux normes Codex qui sont généralement applicables à un certain nombre de produits alimentaires ; (d) examiner, amender le cas échéant et confirmer selon quil convient les méthodes danalyse et déchantillonnage proposées par les comités du Codex (soccupant de produits) ; étant entendu que les méthodes danalyse et déchantillonnage applicables aux résidus de pesticides ou de médicaments vétérinaires dans les aliments, lestimation de la qualité microbiologique et de linnocuité des aliments et lévaluation des spécifications relatives aux additifs alimentaires ne relèvent pas de son mandat ; (e) élaborer des plans et des procédures déchantillonnage, selon les besoins ; (f) étudier les problèmes spécifiques déchantillonnage et danalyse que lui soumet la Commission ou lun quelconque de ses comités ; et, (g) établir des procédures, des protocoles, des directives et des textes apparentés, concernant lévaluation de la compétence des laboratoires danalyse des aliments, ainsi que les systèmes dassurance de la qualité pour les laboratoires. |
