GENERAL INFORMATION

The 30th Session of the FAO/WHO Coordinating Committee for Europe will be held from October 3rd–7th 2016 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The Session will begin at 14:00, Monday, October 3rd and will be conducted in English, French, Kazakh, Spanish and Russian.

SIDE EVENTS

The following side events are planned to be held during CCEURO30:

• The new FAO/WHO Codex Trust Fund – Monday, 3 October 9.00-12.00 (see attached);

• Codex Web and Communication Tools – Tuesday, 4 October Lunch time in plenary meeting room (see attached).

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below: deadline 3rd September 2016.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCEURO Secretariat.

The documents for the session (available in English, French, Spanish and Russian) will be published on the Codex website as soon as they become available. NB! We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting.
