GENERAL INFORMATION

The 14th Session of the FAO/WHO Coordinating Committee for North America and the South West Pacific will be held from 19 – 22 September 2016 in Port Vila, Vanuatu.
The Session will begin at 09:30, Monday, 19 September 2016. The Session will be conducted in English.

SIDE EVENTS

The following side events are planned to be held during CCNASWP14:
• Codex Communication Tool – Monday, 19 September Lunch time (see attached)
• Kava - Monday, 19 September evening (see attached)
• Update on Codex Trust Fund 2 – Tuesday, 20 September evening (see attached)
• FAO/WHO Workshop: Developments in Food Safety in the Pacific and Future Priorities – Wednesday, 21 September 09:00 - 16:00 (see attached)
• CTF: preparing robust applications – Friday, 23 September, 9:00 - 16:00 (see attached)

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 19 July 2016.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Points of Observer Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCNASWP Secretariat.
