GENERAL INFORMATION

The 31st Session of the Codex Committee on General Principles will be held from March 11th to 15th 2019 in Hôtel Pullman Bordeaux Lac Avenue Jean Gabriel Domergue, 33300 Bordeaux, France.
The Session will begin at 10:00, Monday, March 11th. The Session will be conducted in English, French and Spanish.
Registration facilities will be open on Saturday 9 March from 14:00 to 17:00, on Sunday 10 March from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14.00 to 17.00 and on Monday 11 March from 8:30 at the venue.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, by 8th March 2019 at the latest.
To register delegates have to upload their photo on the form of the registration system.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Codex Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected]
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCGP Secretariat.


SEMINAR FOR FIRST TIME DELEGATES

Seminar for first time delegates will be held Sunday 10 March from 18:00 to 19:00. More information are available here.

Wednesday 13 March 09:30 - 12:30; (14:00 - 17:00 if needed)
Friday 15 March 10:00 - 13:00 (adoption of the report, draft available at 09:00)

INFORMAL REGIONAL MEETINGS ON THE DRAFT CODEX STRATEGIC PLAN 2020-2025

There will be an opportunity for countries to meet in their regional group on Thursday 14th March from 08.00 to 12.30 to discuss the latest draft of the Codex Strategic Plan 2020-2025. More information will be posted here as it becomes available: Invitation from Regional coordinators.

- Monday 11 March Cocktail at Hotel de Ville de Bordeaux from 18.30
- Tuesday 12 March Dinner from 19:30 by Region "Nouvelle-Aquitaine" at Hôtel de Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, 14 rue François de Sourdis à Bordeaux
- Thursday 14 March Field visits from 13:00 (further information will be provided by the Host Secretariat)
- Thursday 14 March Cocktail from 18:30 by the Minister of Agriculture at Salone Flore in Hôtel Pullman
