GENERAL INFORMATION
The 33rd Session of the Codex Committee on General Principles will be held from 2 to 6 October 2023 in Bordeaux, France.

All times CET (UTC+2)

The opening session will begin at 09:30 on Monday 2 October 2023.

Plenary sessions will take place on:

- Monday 2 October from 10:00 to 17:00;
- Tuesday 3 October and Wednesday 4 October from 09:00 to 17:00

The adoption of the report will take place in presence only from 10:00 to 13:00 on Friday 6 October 2023.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the Codex Online Registration System by accessing the following link.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Points of Observer Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
On-site registration to collect badges will be available on:

- Sunday 1 October from 10:00 to 17:00;
- Monday 2 to Wednesday 4 October from 8:30

WEBCASTING
The plenary discussions and side events is webcasted live, in English, French and Spanish.

Delegates who will only follow the discussions through the webcast do not need to register to the meeting.

PRE-MEETING WEBINAR
A virtual pre-meeting for CCGP33 delegates will be held on Tuesday 26 September from 12:00-13:00 CEST. The program is available here. Please register here.

SIDE EVENTS
Two side events will be held in the margins of the committee:

- Tuesday 3 October 17:00 – 18:30: “Efforts of the Three Sisters to monitor the use and impact of their standards”.
- Wednesday 4 October NEW TIME 15:30 – 17:00: “Model for future Codex work - informal consultations”.

The side-events will be broadcasted online (see information above) and interpreted in English, French and Spanish.

DOCUMENTS
The documents for the session will be available in English, French and Spanish and will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared.

No physical copies of working documents will be distributed during the committee.
