The 45th session of the Codex Committee on Methods of Analysis and Sampling is scheduled for 9 – 13 March 2026 at the Danubius Hotel Helia,  Budapest, Hungary. A tentative schedule will be published here once available.

WORKING GROUP ON ENDORSEMENT

The physical working group on endorsement of methods of analysis will take place at the venue hotel in Budapest, Hungary on 8 March 2026. A tentative schedule and other information will be published here once available.

Delegations should review the Information Document: Comprehensive guidance on process for submission, consideration and endorsement of methods for inclusion in CXS 234 available here.

Delegations are encouraged to review the Agenda Items as they become available and be prepared to offer alternative suggestions if the methods or typing are not appropriate and to submit comments in reply to the respective circular letters.

The report of the PWG meeting will be made available as CRD2.

There will be no distribution of working documents (including the report of the session) through the Codex mailing list (Codex-L) except for circular letters. All working documents, including conference room documents (CRDs), information for delegates and other relevant materials, will be published on the Codex website as they become available. Please note that no printed documents will be made available at the session.
