GENERAL INFORMATION

The 28th Session of the Codex Committee on Processed Fruits and Vegetables will be held from September 12th to 16th 2016 at the Pan American Health Organization, 525 23rd St., NW, Washington, D.C., USA.
The Session will begin at 09:00, Monday, September 12th. The Session will be conducted in English, French and Spanish.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, by 12th August 2016 at the latest.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Codex Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected]
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCPFV Secretariat.

SIDE EVENTS

First time delegates to CCPFV are invited to a briefing by Chairperson Richard Boyd on Monday, 12 September, at 8:00 AM in the Plenary venue. Invitation can be found in the list of documents here below.

DOCUMENTS

The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish. They will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared.

Conference Room Documents (CRDs) will also be posted on this webpage. Complimentary WiFi internet service will be available in the Plenary Hall for delegates to work without paper.
We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation (including CRDs) from the Codex website prior to the meeting as no printed copies will be available.
