GENERAL INFORMATION
The 28th Session of the Committee on Residues of Veterinary Drugs in Foods will be held from 23 to 27 March 2026 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America.
The plenary sessions and the physical meetings of working groups will be webcast on YouTube in listening mode in English, French, and Spanish.
Remote participation (via Zoom) in the physical working group meetings and plenary sessions will be possible for registered delegates from Codex members and observers, with listening and verbal interventions in English, French, and Spanish.

INFORMATION FOR DELEGATES
Practical information for delegates planning to attend CCRVDF28, including hotel registration, visa application, etc., is here available in English, French and Spanish.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
All participants who will physically attend the meeting should provide their information (names and addresses) through the Codex Online Registration System by accessing the Login on the Codex webpage by 23 February 2026 at the latest.

All Codex Contact Points and Contact Points of Observer Organizations have been provided with login credentials and a password for online registration. If you have not received the login and password, please contact [email protected].

PRE - MEETINGS
General Information

In preparation for CCRVDF28, the Working Group on the Priority List of Veterinary Drugs for Evaluation/Re-Evaluation by JECFA will meet on Sunday, 22 March 2026, to consider comments submitted in reply to relevant circular letters, in particular CL 2026/15-RVDF, to prepare recommendations for consideration by the Plenary Session, and discuss any other comments/concerns raised by Codex members/observers during the discussion of this item. The goal is to facilitate discussion and decision-making by CCRVDF28.

Other working group meetings may also be scheduled and posted here in due course.

JECFA Reports

The summary and complete reports of JECFA meetings, along with other relevant documents such as residue and toxicological monographs, are available on the FAO and WHO websites to inform comments and discussions on MRLs, particularly Agenda Items 6 and 10.

JECFA reports and monographs are available only in English.

Working Documents

Documents for consideration by CCRVDF28, along with any other documents relevant to the Session, will be published on this page as soon as they become available. They will be available in English, French, and Spanish. CRDs may be translated or kept in the original language. No printed copies of working documents will be made available for the plenary session.

Report

The draft report and appendices will not be printed but will be available online.

The draft report will be available in English, French, and Spanish, and the appendices will be available only in English.
