GENERAL INFORMATION

The 34th Session of the Codex Committee on General Principles (CCGP34) will be held from 2 to 6 June 2025 at Hôtel Barrière Lille, 777 bis Pont de Flandres, 59777 Lille, France.
Plenary sessions will be simultaneously interpreted in English, French and Spanish. They will be held on Monday 2 June from 9:30 and on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 June from 9:00.
The adoption of the report will take place on Friday 6 June starting at 10:00.

WEBCASTING

The plenary discussions will be broadcast live, in listening mode only, in English, French and Spanish.
The broadcast links will be accessible here.
Delegates who will only follow the discussions through the broadcast should not register to the meeting on the Codex Online Registration System (ORS).

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants who will physically attend CCGP34 should provide their information (names and addresses) through the Codex Online Registration System (ORS) by 2 April 2025 at the latest.
Connection information (login and password) for online registration have been provided to all Codex contact points and contact points of Observer Organizations. If the connection information has not been received, please email [email protected].

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

On-site registration to collect badges will be available on:
-Sunday 1 June from 10:00 to 17:00;
-Monday 2 June from 8:00.

DOCUMENTS

The documents for the session will be available in English, French and Spanish and will be published on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared.
No paper copies of working documents will be distributed during the session.
