GENERAL INFORMATION

The 29th Session of the Codex Committee on Fats and Oils will be held at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and Residences, No. 4, Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 9 to 13 February 2026.

The opening session will start at 09:30 hours on Monday, 9 February 2026 (UTC+8).

Sessions will take place on 9, 10 and 11 February 2026 from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (UTC+8).

The adoption of the Report will take place on Friday 13 February 2026 from 09:30 hours (UTC+8).

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French and Spanish during the meeting.

Wi-Fi will be available at the meeting venue, so working documents and other information can also be downloaded during the meeting.

The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish. There will be no distribution of working documents (including the report of the session) through the Codex mailing list (Codex-L) except for circular letters. All working documents, including conference room documents (CRDs), information for delegates and other relevant materials, will be published on the Codex website as they become available. Please note that no printed documents will be made available at the session.
