Комиссия Кодекс Алиментариус

ОСНОВНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ

42я сессия Комиссия "Кодекс Алиментариус" будет проходить в Женевском международном конференц-центре (Зал 1), расположенном по адресу
17 rue de Varembé, Женева, Швейцария. Сессия откроется в 09:30 в понедельник, 8 июля 2019 года. Регистрация участников будет производиться с 07:30 понедельника, 8 июля. Утверждение доклада запланировано на пятницу, 12 июля, с 10:00 до 18:00.

Сессия будет проходить на английском, арабском, испанском, китайском, русском и французском языках.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

Началась регистрация на 42-ю сессию Комиссии "Кодекс Алиментариус". Обращаем ваше внимание на то, что зарегистрироваться можно только через контактные центры Кодекса (страны-члены / организации-наблюдатели). Контактные центры Кодекса осуществляют регистрацию всех членов делегаций стран-членов и наблюдателей.

Примечание для контактных центров Кодекса: для регистрации членов делегации Вашей страны необходимо войти на веб-сайт Кодекса, введя имя пользователя и пароль. Затем следует войти в систему электронной регистрации, выбрать CAC42 в нижней части перечня совещаний, открытых для регистрации. Вы будете перенаправлены на сайт внешней системы регистрации участников
42-й сессии Комиссии "Кодекс Алиментариус" (INDICO). При регистрации необходимо заполнить все обязательные поля на каждого члена вашей делегации. Инструкцию по прохождению регистрации см. по ссылке.

Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что в системе можно также запросить пригласительные письма для делегатов.

Please note that there will be no distribution of working documents through the Codex mailing list (Codex-L). Only the invitation and the provisional agenda will be distributed to members and observers. All working documents, and any subsequent new documents not referenced on this Provisional Agenda, including any other information for delegates, will be published on the Codex website as they become available. Working documents will not be printed and delegates are kindly requested to bring with them to the meeting all documents which have been distributed as no printed copies will be made available at the session.
