GENERAL INFORMATION

The 77^th Session of Executive Committee of the Codex Alimentarius Commission will be held at the WHO Headquarter, Avenue Appia 20, 1202 Genève, Switzerland. The session will begin at 14:00 on Monday, 1 July 2019. The Session will be conducted in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Russian.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

Registration for the 77th session of the Executive Committee of the Codex Alimentarius Commission is now open. Please note that registration can only be completed by CCEXEC Members.

To register as participant to CCEXEC77 you will need to log-in to the Codex website using the EXEC members credentials sent in your previous invitation. Please enter the Online Registration System, and select CCEXEC77 at the bottom of the list of meetings open for registration. You will be redirected to an external registration system (INDICO), which is the designated registration system for CCEEXEC77. Once in this system you will be required to complete the mandatory fields for the participant. A list of the required information is available here.

DOCUMENTS

Please note that there will be no distribution of working documents through the Codex mailing list (Codex-L). Only the invitation and the provisional agenda will be distributed to members and observers. All working documents, and any subsequent new documents not referenced on this Provisional Agenda, including any other information for delegates, will be published on the Codex website as they become available. Working documents will not be printed and delegates are kindly requested to bring with them to the meeting all documents which have been distributed as no printed copies will be made available at the session.
