GENERAL INFORMATION

Update

The 23rd Session of the of the Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetables will be held physically in Mexico City, Mexico, from 25 February to 1 March 2025 at the Ministry of Economy, C. Pachuca 189, Colonia Condesa, Cuauhtémoc, 06140 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico. Updated information is available in the "Information for Delegates" (see below).

Registration facilities will open on Monday, 24 February from 12:00 to 18:00 (CST) and on Tuesday, 25 February at 08.00 (CST).

The plenary discussions will take place from Tuesday, 25 February to Thursday, 27 February, from 10.00 to 13.00 (CST, GMT-6) and 15.00 to 18.00 (CST, GMT-6). The adoption of the report of the session will be held on Saturday 1 March from 10.00 CST, GMT-6.

The plenary sessions of CCFFV23 is streamed live online, in listening mode only.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the Codex Online Registration System, by 10 February 2025.

Please note that only those attending CCFFV23 in person should register on the ORS. If you only intend to follow the webcast, please do not register on the ORS. You can just access the link on this webpage that will be made available right before the meeting.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Focal Points of Observer Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].
