Poland’s Codex team keeping the country informed on nationwide WFSD activities

This year in Poland, there are two major events taking place: the 5-day Food Fakty e-Forum and an awareness campaign from the country’s Agricultural and Food Quality Inspectorate. Zhe Jiang University educates children on food safety, spreading the word to families and changing society

If World Food Safety Day is about spreading information about food safety, then the Zhe Jiang University’s 2020 project must be declared a roaring success. Good progress on methods of analysis and sampling at first virtual meeting

The Codex Committee on Methods of Analysis and Sampling (CCMAS) will be sending for final adoption by the next session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission a revision of the Codex Guidelines on Measurement Uncertainty (CXG 54 - 2004).
