World Food Safety Day / High school lecture on food safety, Japan

As part of the Shizunou Consortium Project of Hokkaido Shizunai Agricultural High School, on 23 May, Masanori Kotani, President and Secretary General of Japan’s Food Safety Management Association (JFSM) delivered an online lecture to second-year students at Hokkaido Shizunai Agricultural High School on the themes of the World Health Organization (WHO)'s “Five keys to safer food”, "Introduction to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system" and "World Food Safety Day".
Building on last year’s lecture, this year's session included quizzes, making the food safety lessons fun and engaging for the students.
