Join the celebration of World Food Safety Day! Codex Alimentarius Panama invites readers to participate in their celebration of World Food Safety Day, an event that will bring together national and international experts for dialogue, innovation, and commitment to food safety.

Under the theme "Food Safety: Science in Action”, the event will explore technological advances, prevention strategies, and the impact of front-of-pack food labelling. There will be keynote presentations by Panamanian experts, as well as an International Panel with representatives from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Spain and Uruguay, and the launch of key tools for strengthening food safety in Panama.
