World Food Safety Day / Mexico university to promote collaboration on food safety

The Juárez Autonomous University of Tabasco, through the Food Engineering Educational Programme of the Academic Division of Agricultural Sciences, is organizing the 3rd Food Safety Forum on the occasion of World Food Safety Day. The aim is to raise awareness about the importance of food safety and foodborne illnesses (FBDs), promoting collaborative approaches across all sectors, and fostering and implementing solutions and ways to safeguard public health.
