Ask us anything! We’re taking questions on:

-        What it’s like to work in food safety in an international organization

-        How food standards keep food safe

-        What is next in food safety at a global level

FAO and WFP will host an audience-driven event on World Food Safety Day designed to inspire greater efforts in promoting food safety and food security. From wherever they are in the world, participants will be able to submit their questions for food safety officers, food technologists and a food standards officer from FAO, WFP and the Codex Alimentarius Commission Secretariat. The event will offer insight on what the experts do, first-hand accounts of food safety and how the public can help keep food safe.

An online poll will take place during the event and the closing remarks will be offered by Codex Alimentarius Commission Secretariat intern, Minh Nguyen.
