World Food Safety Day / Brazilian research group to hold “risk and resilience” webinar
The Brazilian Research Group “Risk and Resilience in Food Safety – GERRSAL,” coordinated by Professor Elke Stedefeldt, will host a national webinar to bring together undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, and food safety professionals.
Brazilian universities, agencies, organizations, and foundations have been invited to join the Group in promoting activities and encouraging broader participation in this discussion. The aim is to mobilize institutions across the country in a unified effort to raise awareness and strengthen food safety practices.
