Pesticide residue committee concludes session, paving the way for new international standards

The Codex Committee on Pesticide Residues (CCPR) wrapped up its 56th session in Santiago, Chile. The 56th session of the Codex Committee on Pesticides Residues (CCPR) has opened in the city of Santiago, Chile, where it is being hosted by China and co-hosted by Chile. CCFFV23 / Standard for fresh dates will have significant impact for producers

In February this year, the Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (CCFFV) completed their wlork on a standard for fresh dates and has forwarded the text to the Codex Alimentarius Commission for final adoption.
