The Institute of Food Quality, Safety, and Security at the Ricardo Palma University in Peru has issued a call for papers and scientifically reviewed posters on the central theme of “Innovative scientific, technological, and other applications to ensure food safety for humans and animals”. These will be selected for a seminar to be held at the university 9 June in celebration of World Food Safety Day.

The call is open to all students and graduates at any university licensed by the National Superintendency of Higher University Education (SUNEDU).
