This year, under the slogan "Science in Action," Veraliment and the Tres Cantos City Council are joining forces to celebrate World Food Safety Day 2025.

Veterinarian Eva Gregorio, from Tres Cantos, and Veraliment CEO Andrés García, together with the Tres Cantos City Council, have organized several activities around World Food Safety Day. There will be talks, debates, and games focused on science, aimed at hospitality businesses, food retailers, educational institutions, and families. During a week where the science behind food safety will be the focus.

Scheduled activities include workshops on identifying allergens in food, lectures on the importance of food allergen training, and a roundtable discussion entitled "Science in Action," where experts will discuss how science contributes to maintaining food safety.
