Welcome to the IOTC PROCEEDINGS CD-ROM

This CD-ROM contains all the documents presented at the IOTC working party
meetings from 1999 to 2002, as well as the meeting reports. 

To start browsing the list of documents, double-click on the file english.html
and follow the instructions.

You can also simply explore the content of the CD-ROM by looking in the "files"
directorie.

Note: all the documents are in pdf format, so you will need the free Acrobat
reader, included on this CD-ROM for both Mac and PC in French and
English (if you browse the site, go to the Acrobat page from the homepage and
follow the instructions - if you explore the CD, go to the "resources" directory
and pick the installer you need)
