The entire project was carried out in close collaboration with the personnel of the Inland Waters Research Division of the Peruvian Sea Institute. Dr. Felipe Ancieta C., Director of Fisheries Investigations for Inland Waters, Dr. Jorge Sanchez R., Technical Director, and Commandante Oscar Iturino F., President of the Directorate of the Peruvian Sea Institute were particularly helpful in providing transportation to the widely separated Peruvian Fisheries Stations. The staff of the Office of Scientific and Technical Investigations of the Ministry of Fisheries was also helpful in providing information about research projects under their direction. Ing.
