La FAO actualise régulièrement ses ensembles de données statistiques sur l’alimentation et l’agriculture et met ainsi à disposition les dernières informations disponibles aux niveaux mondial, régional et national. Les ensembles de données les plus récents sont diffusés au moyen de FAOSTAT, la plus grande base mondiale de données statistiques relatives à l’alimentation et à l’agriculture.
