Case study methodology for food loss analysis
This methodology has been developed by FAO in the framework of the SAVE FOOD global initiative for the reduction of food loss and waste and has been used as the basis for several FLA reports for the analysis of critical loss points along the food chain and for the identification of feasible solutions and strategies for food loss reduction.
