Центр наделен четким мандатом, располагает соответствующей институциональной структурой и техническим потенциалом для укрепления устойчивости всей цепочки создания стоимости продуктов питания «от фермы до вилки» среди государств-членов ОЧЭС. Центр будет предоставлять государствам-членам консультации, рекомендации и информацию об устойчивых продовольственных системах.
