Vibrio spp. in seafoods

FAO and WHO started a new work in 2010 to develop risk assessment tools to facilitate the implementation of new Codex guidelines on the control of Vibrio spp. in seafoods. This was originated by request of the Codex Committee on Food Hygiene and began with a call for data and experts issued by FAO and WHO in 2010.
