Data Standards for Integrated Energy Planning

This is a workshop report, focusing on how geospatial-based integrated energy planning can be made more accurate, consistent and practical through better data in the context of both electrification and clean cooking planning.

The section on clean cooking discussed the following issues: (i) feasibility and value of geospatial planning for clean cooking; (ii) minimum data needs and quality standards, (iii) opportunities to fill data gaps, and (iv) coordination among stakeholders.
