Kotka I
Following the compilation of the Forest Resources Assessment 1980, an expert meeting was called by FAO. The meeting was supported by FINNIDA and FAO-ECE. The Meeting was held at the Kotka College of Forestry and Forest Industry in 1987.
More than 50 experts from several countries and international governmental organisations attended the meeting and presented results of National Forestry Inventories that were taken as main guidelines for the Forest Resources Assessment 1990.
