This report provides details of a national gender training workshop for small-scale fisheries technical project staff, key value chain stakeholders, women processors, chiefs and other value chain actors , which was conducted from 23 to 27 November 2020, in Salima district, Malawi. This was under the project, Empowering women in small-scale fisheries, which is being funded by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation - Norad. The gender training was conducted with an aim of building the capacity of key value chain stakeholders in the Gender Transformative Approaches. 32 pp.
