In the Philippines, FAO is helping farmers and fishers to recover from both natural and man-made disasters, including typhoons, flooding, drought and armed conflict. This video showcases FAO’s livelihood recovery assistance efforts in communities affected by the typhoons Koppu and Melor, the armed clashes in central and western Mindanao, and the widespread drought caused by El Niño phenomenon.
