Cet événement offre l'occasion de discuter des expériences des pays dans l'utilisation du WEAI, d'identifier les informations pertinentes et exploitables basées sur le WEAI que les pays et les partenaires aimeraient voir pour la mesure de l'autonomisation des femmes pour les systèmes statistiques nationaux (WEMNS) et présente une vision pour le dix prochaines années du WEAI.

Addressing Gender-Based Violence in the Context of COVID-19: Reaching Rural Women, Girls, Men and Boys

10 December 2020 - Rome-Based Agencies’ (RBAs) virtual event to close the 16 days of activism against gender-based violence (GBV) campaign. The webinar focuses on the rise in gender-based violence in the context of COVID-19. Since the beginning of pandemic, the incidence of GBV has increased across the world, in some countries doubling compared to the 2019 levels. Eliminating GBV is crucial, not only because it violates human rights, but also because it fuels food insecurity and poverty.
