A training on field data collection for crop monitoring was organized from 31 October to 1 November 2022 in Wasit Governorate and Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq. This third training provided technical guidance for field data collection using the Open Data Kit (ODK). A total of 37 participants from the Ministry of water resources, Ministry of Agriculture, and Ministry of Planning received the training. The participants have been able to manage ODK applications and its related field form to start doing data collection in West Gharraf. This training was supported by the project Monitoring Land and water productivity by Remote Sensing (WaPOR phase 2) in Iraq.
