On 21, 22 and 24 October 2022, a national training course on the use of remote sensing technologies for vegetation monitoring was held in Islamabad, Pakistan. The training brought together experts from FAO, IUCN and WWF, a consortium leading the development of Pakistan's flagship program of the "Ten Billion Tree Tsunami", to discuss the use of remote sensing and Collect Earth Online (CEO) to support the vegetation monitoring and complement the analysis conducted in the field.
