This session will present a comprehensive overview of ongoing and upcoming activities under the FAO Global Forest Resources Assessment (FRA). Special emphasis will be placed on the FRA 2025 Remote Sensing Survey (RSS), including a detailed walkthrough of its methodology and implementation process. Participants will also benefit from a hands-on demonstration designed to illustrate FRA RSS data collection and its methodology.
