A panel of experts from various organizations and REDD+ countries examined the current state and trends of REDD+ reporting to the UNFCCC, highlighting the important progress made to date, reflecting on the quality of UNFCCC-reported REDD+ results and their ability to underpin results-based payments, and discussing future development of REDD+ reporting. The paper “From reference levels to results reporting: REDD+ under the UNFCCC – 2020 update” was also launched during the webinar.
