The Global Forest Observations Initiative (GFOI) held the fourth session of its online series of “Connect and reflect” virtual forums for Country-Led Planning (CLP) on 23 September 2026.
The theme of this fourth forum was “Guatemala’s experience in the CLP process: Advancing a more sustainable and institutionalized national forest monitoring system”.
The CLP virtual forums provide an engaging and collaborative platform for motivated CLP countries, along with GFOI donors and partners, to share updates, discuss priority topics, exchange experiences and lessons learned, and explore solutions to challenges.
