The GIAHS Secretariat has participated in the Salone del Gusto – Terra Madre in Turin from the 21^st to the 24^th of September. During this SlowFood event, we had the chance to meet with the Secretary General of SlowFood, Paolo Di Croce, and his staff in order to discuss the future collaboration between our two organizations.

Our booth attracted many visitors who discovered some of the typical products from the GIAHS sites around the world and learned our programme. In the side events, the Secretariat has highlighted the contribution of GIAHS to agro-tourism and agroecology.
