We are pleased to announce the publication of the “Global trends in the availability of dietary data in low and middle-income countries” article in Nutrients, Special Issue "Evolution, Current Reality and Future of Dietary Assessment".   This article analyzes the information gathered in the FAO/WHO Global Individual Food consumption data Tool (FAO/WHO GIFT), and was prepared by the Food and Nutrition Division of FAO and the Intake Center of Dietary Assessment.
