Description:Products that are untreated (i.e. not heated, boiled, steamed, cooked, pre-gelatinized or frozen) and are not dehydrated. These products are intended to be consumed soon after preparation. Examples include: unboiled noodles, and “skins” or crusts for spring rolls, wontons, and shuo mai.
