Notes NGAA

Les dispositions relatives aux additifs alimentaires sont souvent accompagnées d’une ou plusieurs notes. Le numéro d’identification des notes apparaît dans le champ « Observations » aussi bien sur les pages « Renseignements détaillés sur les additifs alimentaires » que sur les pages « Renseignements détaillés sur les catégories d’aliments ».

Le texte d’une note peut être affiché soit en plaçant le pointeur de la souris sur l’icône, soit en cliquant sur le numéro d’identification de la note, qui affichera dans ce dernier cas la liste entière des notes utilisées dans la NGAA Codex.
