Meet the Young Forest Champions 2025!
The Young Forest Champions Initiative is empowering youth for forest conservation and climate action.
From Kenya, Zambia, Uganda, Ghana, and Peru, 50 young leaders have been selected to restore forests, monitor ecosystems, and protect vital landscapes. Through mentorship, capacity-building, and cutting-edge technologies like remote sensing, they are gaining the skills to create real, lasting impact.
Building on its success in Kenya, the initiative is now expanding—bringing together a dynamic network of changemakers who are shaping the future of forests and strengthening climate resilience in their communities and beyond.
Stay tuned as these young champions take action!
