General conditions for any data access from third parties

1. The data and information will be used only and exclusively for the purposes identified in the request and accessory information;
2. The data and information provided will not be shared, in part or in whole, with any third party (person, institution or company) not explicitly identified in the request;
3. Upon completion of the study that is object of the request, all copies of the data in possession of the requester will be deleted;
4. The data and information, or the knowledge derived from it, cannot be used in any publication or consultancy contract other than what was explicitly included in the data request and approved by the Programme;
5. Requests for access to data and information for the purposes of training of scientists or managers working in or in the process of recruitment to the Programme’s partner organizations that provide fellowships or scholarships to these staff will be given preference.
