The Stakeholder Consultation Workshop aims to develop a shared vision for the future of the Turkish International Forestry Training Centre (TIFTC) and strengthen its strategic role at national and regional levels. Organized under the project “Enhancing the Capacity of the Turkish International Forestry Training Centre,” which is implemented within the scope of the FAO–Türkiye Forestry Partnership Programme (FTFP), the event will bring together approximately 30 stakeholders from key forestry and environmental institutions. Participants will review and refine the draft 2026–2035 Strategy Document through interactive sessions, including group work on mission and vision, SWOT analysis, and strategic action planning. The workshop is jointly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Türkiye, the General Directorate of Forestry (OGM), and FAO. It represents a key milestone in aligning TIFTC's future direction with evolving regional and international forestry needs.
