The RAIS groups all Member countries of the RECOFI (Bahrain, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) which has decided to establish a web-based information system to facilitate the exchange of aquaculture information in the Gulf area and to develop an informal, flexible and functional network of regional experts to promote and develop the sector in the region.
