rice: 1 kg
soya, beans: 1 kg
salt, table: 1 kg
moulds

Steps

1. Clean and wash rice thoroughly and cook. Set aside to cool. Spread rice in a clean tray, add the mold and cover with a clean cloth. Allow the mold to grow for 2 days and set aside.
2. Soak soybeans overnight. Change water 2-3 times. Wash them and cook until soft. Drain and cool.
3. Mix rice and soybeans. Grind finely and add salt to mixture. Store in a plastic container and cover with a clean cloth. Set aside for 1 month. Stir the mixture once a week.
4. After 1 month miso can be used for cooking.
