Baguio Beans with Miso


beans, kidney: 300 g
pork: 100 g
sugar: 1 teaspoon
ginger: 1 piece
onion, green: 3 stalk
soya, sauce: 3 teaspoon
wine: 1 tablespoon
miso: 1 tablespoon
oil, cooking/salad: 3 tablespoon

1. Wash beans thoroughly and then fry.
2. Add sugar and soy sauce to miso.
3. Saute onion, ginger and Baguio beans.
4. Add miso mixture. Cook until done.
