Soy Loaf

Ingredients

soya, beans: 2 cups
onions: 4 tablespoon
margarine: 4 tablespoon
water: 1/2 cup
egg, chicken: 2
onion, green: 6 tablespoon
pepper: 2 teaspoon
salt, table: 2 tablespoon
biskotso: 1/2 cup
milk, powder: 1/2 cup

Steps

1. Soak beans in water overnight. Drain off water for 5 mn and fry until golden brown. Boil in water for 45 mn, then drain. Remove bean coat.
2. Grind using meat grinder or mash wiith pestle. Mix all ingredients.
3. Put into a pan lined with margarine or oil. Bake for 20-30 mn at 350 degrees C.
4. Serve with catsup or tomato sauce.
